The communications tab allows you to configure the internal workings of the Server Manager :
Local Server Settings :

Configures the port used by the License Server Manager. |
Licensing Service Access:
Enable Proxy Server |
Enables the configuration options for the registration of licenses behind a proxy server |
Host |
Hostname or IP Address of the Proxy Server |
Port |
Port used by the Proxy Server |
Username |
Username used to authenticate to the proxy server |
Password |
Password used to authenticate to the proxy server |
